- Early Career Strategy & Planning: We connect your child's interests to real fields and industries, research careers together to see what truly fits, and map the financial realities of the paths that excite them most. We build a four-year plan with a clear target at the end.
- Internships & Hands-On Experience: Internships are the single biggest driver of job offers out of college. We identify the right opportunities, help your child build the connections to get in the door, and make sure they are accumulating real experience every year.
- Clubs, Organizations & Campus Resources: Most students underuse what their college offers. We help your child identify the clubs, organizations, research opportunities, and campus resources that are most relevant to their goals and ensure they are actively engaged.
- Network Building & Mentorship: We teach your child how to identify the right people, execute warm and cold outreach, conduct meaningful informational interviews, and nurture relationships over time. Alumni networks are one of the most underused assets in college. We make sure your child knows how to use theirs.
- Resume & Personal Brand: We help your student build a resume that reflects real experience. We also help your child develop their online presence so that when anyone looks them up, what they find is impressive. Part of this is coaching your child to clearly articulate who they are, what their plans are, and why.
- Transfer Planning: If your child wants to transfer to a stronger program or a better-fit school, we can help. Transfer planning is a strategic process. We have experience helping students transfer into amazing schools they could not get into Freshman year.
- Landing the Job: There is a strategy to getting the interview, and it usually involves leveraging connections. We prepare your child for every stage of the process, from outreach to offer. For students entering the most competitive fields, we work with them until they land their first great job.
- Family Check-Ins & Support: College can feel like a black box for parents. Join us at key check-ins so you always know what your child is working on, where the opportunities are, and how they are progressing toward a strong career launch.

Our Coaching Approach
We follow a structured format to ensure students get the highest value possible inside and outside the classroom.
- Biweekly sessions with the student
- Quarterly parent reviews (additional check-ins as needed)
